"I've worked for Anthem for 18 years. I find there's a lot of opportunity for growth and I have always had great experiences with my Managers when it comes to growing with the team and the company. They have been very supportive when I have grown with the company even when changing positions."

"Worked hard for several years learning new skills in different areas. Each time applying out for higher positions it seems I was never chosen for those positions but have all the skills required."

"The pay is on the higher end of companies in the health industry but the management could be a lot better. The managers could be a lot more resourceful and open to feedback."

"I worked in Anthem for a commercial migrations project from March 2019 to July 2020. It is a good company to work for but it did not seem to share the same values I did. I still would recommend this company as a really good company to work for. I got to learn a lot and grow while I was there and I enjoyed a lot working with my team."

"I love working for Anthem, their stack is interesting and there is plenty of work, but due to Covid-19, there have been some complications with my contract. Some of the clerical processes has been really difficult to work through, but the work itself is great. There are plenty of intelligent people, who work with you to get results."

"I worked for Anthem for almost 2 years. my intensions were to get the company away from table work into assembly line to improve on productivity. The original staff could not handle change. The old saying (you can lead a horse to water but you can't make him drink). it was extremely frustrating, also it was a revolving door. Looking for a place that I can train, and share my experiences to all."

"Worked in HEDIS Medicare for 4.5 years. The new manager that was hired about 6 months before I left was incompetent and intolerant of personal family issues. If you're looking at HEDIS Medicare and the manager, bolt as fast you can. Working remotely was great as was the salary and benefits. Got denied for unemployment for a reason they wouldn't tell me. Policies and ways of doing work changed frequently. This company has no problem firing you for the smallest issues. No warnings, nothing."
