"To really listen to what the hiring managers tell you and don't jump into a decision to quickly, take your time and decide if you really want to waste your time with this company."

What don't you like about working at Ann Arbor Consultation Services?

"They were very stubborn and set in their ways, they would not listen to any new ideas. If they did they would look for any means to prove why it wouldn't work without even trying to see your side of the issue and hear what you had to say."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would work more closely with my employees, get a feel for the job they have to do and the time frame allotted to do it. I would also evaluated the amount of work each employee had and if needed hire more employees to help lessen the load on any one person."
