"I worked for ADI for 11 years - the longest ever. So far in my career I would say it is the best company and the best culture I have ever worked in."

What don't you like about working at Analog Devices?

"There was little career progression within the FAE role. In the end I was looking for a new challenge."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Analog Devices deemphasized its DSP/processor product line and lost focus. I believe they can be competitive again but need to refocus and reinvest."
