"Analog Devices being my first industrial foray has given me a lot of exposure and a great understanding as to how the field of hardware design works! RTL design and architecture discussions were just brilliant where I got exposed to the designers' ideas and came up with the verification plans! I have strongly improved my verilog, System verilog coding skills as well!"

What do you like about working at Analog Devices?

"There are many things that I liked about working at Analog Devices. The top two are1. I enjoyed developing relationships with our internal customers. Analog Devices gave me the autonomy to meet with our customers to get a better understanding of their roles within the company. This helped me to become a more rounded employee.2. I enjoyed being sought out as an expert in different business processes. Many times directors would knock on my door to ask questions about business processes or to solicit include my opinion on a subject."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"The tip I would recommend is to be enthusiastic throughout the interview process. I believe people who are optimistic and enthusiastic will deliver better results for the company."

What don't you like about working at Analog Devices?

"There were not many things that I disliked about working at Analog Devices. The only one that comes to mind is that sometimes teammates were inflexible to use newer available technology to solve problems. I occasionally struggled to get some of the longer term employees to embrace new concepts, like ETL middleware and BI tools, to solve a business issue. Conversely, I was happiest when I was able to influence a teammate to adopt a new process."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The only suggestion is to continue challenging their employees to push themselves to grow and develop. I always liked that Analog Devices allowed their employees to grow their skill set to deliver extraordinary results to their customers."
