"My gym member is free and I have unlimited access to best fitness equipment, latest techniques and education needed to maintain my physical appearance and health. Physical fitness is a part of my life as I have been working out since I was 10 years old and also played college football."

What don't you like about working at America Family Insurance?

"I dislike some of the unprofessional behavior I encounter in the gym on behalf of the employees and guests. I know the gym is a place that attracts a lot of social activities, however, I also feel that there is a protocol that must be follow so as not to offend other employees and guests. I like to maintain a professional image and demeanor when I am working no matter where I am working."

"Management needs to manage the business of the gym and limit the social activities of the employees."

"I was self employed and I was able to be a self starter. My success was based on how much effort I put in to it."

"I suggest that the employee who they choose should have good attitude and good moral ethics."

"slow down a train the employees"

What do you like about working at America Family Insurance?

"The customers and how well I got to know them and how greatful they are when you are there for them when they and their family have suffered a devistating loss. I also enjoyed teaching my boss how to do things on the computer that he never cared to know and learn. It was nice to teach someone who taught me everything I know about insurance and brought me under his wing at such a young age."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be yourself and you have to enjoy customer service and insurance and you will do great."

What don't you like about working at America Family Insurance?

"Relying on someone else in another state to complete a change, new policy, or billing correction. I would have to answer to the upset customers and I was helpless, just waiting for another employee in corporate to process an emailed request for a mistake that the company made, not the customer. That is hard for me when I am completely helpless in resolving an issue for a customer."

"To allow for more changes to be made locally at the agency with corporate doing more of a checks and balances type of support rather than the acting primary authority."

"I would encourage management to continue the process of downsizing, while giving committed long-term employees more opportunity to advance in the company."

"Management needs to take a more realistic outlook on production requirements. The pressure forces a lot of very fine people to leave."

"It's a company that used to be excellent but in Nov 2006 it became Merely okay"

"Don't. You don't own your book of business day one and you slave to build up the agency to get nothing afterwards when you leave."

What don't you like about working at America Family Insurance?

"Laid back. Management became way aggressive whick led to over 100 agents I know quitting at once."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"You spend way too much money on training to allow bad treatment to agents. Trips don't make up for manners."
