"Set up as a Full 1099 tax structure, one hundred percent commission."

"A base salary and/or benefits would attracted and retain more employees."

"I've worked for american family insurance for 3 years and it is a decent company overall. However, I think they could incorporate a better work life balance."

"An OK job environment with very limited opportunity for advancement. The bigger promotions are generally by appointment versus a true competitive process, although they go through the motions. This is the current version of the old boys' club, but it is not limited to men. To a significant degree, they are traveling on their reputation."

"In recent years American Family has worked hard in integration and inclusion. As a company, I feel they are a great one to work for. In implementing the Lean system workers on the floor are now able to have to say in what they do every day to improve on that work which is something that has never been done before and I applaud it. There is nothing negative I can say about them. They are a great company to work for and they do look out for their own."

"The pay is not great. I want more opportunity to make more money."

"I would allow more pportunity for the individual's that are performing well"
