"This company is riddled with management issues. They are slow to implement new initiatives and have leadership that does not value the input of its employees. We are not given the right tools for success and most of the staff is not happy. Some people in leadership have great people's skills and do a good job reporting; however, not much is ever done in terms of collecting internal data/analytics to make ourselves better. The organization also lacks innovation in the technology space. Old systems that have been around since the '90s, very few automation tools, and limited IT strategy."
"American Management Services is focused on improving profits of small to mid sized companies. During my time there I learned a great deal about business and management. Many people enjoy working there and make a decent living doing so. The work environment is challenging, but I also found the work to be very exciting. Their philosophies are somewhat unconventional for small business but do work. Their clients must realign to a different way of thinking about profit and budgeting...something many of them think very little about to begin with. This company is not for everybody. Do your homework before taking the leap."
