"Don't. Unemployment is better than going to work for these scammers."
What don't you like about working at American Laser Centers?
"I negotiated a $5,000 bonus payable 6 months after hire. When I asked about it, they let me go. The fired my boss so, I ended up doing his job AND mine for the same amount of money. The company is based primarily on a drawing scam to get people to buy services. Nobody pays the same price for the same services. They're bankrupt."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Fire the real estate guy, focus on service after the sale rather than selling by any means, honor your obligations."
