"I negotiated a $5,000 bonus payable 6 months after hire. When I asked about it, they let me go. The fired my boss so, I ended up doing his job AND mine for the same amount of money. The company is based primarily on a drawing scam to get people to buy services. Nobody pays the same price for the same services. They're bankrupt."

"Fire the real estate guy, focus on service after the sale rather than selling by any means, honor your obligations."

"Too much pressure to sell and make numbers without having the proper tools or coaching but with all the accountability."

"I would offer better services with machines that actually work well. I would also create a training center so employees are trained properly."
