"Some fantastic people work here - true diamonds in the rough. I have not met their like since. It was a good job to take right out of college without much experience."

"If you're an experienced hand, you'll know right where you sit the second you sit down for an interview. These guys had a good thing going seven or eight years ago - but the times (and technology) are a changing."

"It's a family business, so the management style is very patriarchal/Old World. They do not provide regular performance feedback, promotions, or raises, so this is not a place to advance your career."

"Take time to interact with your employees more - really listen to their feedback and try to make this a fun place to work."

"Field work is demanding...lots of long hours when bad weather occurs...conducive to burm out."

"Not my most recent position, but I enjoyed working for the industry and the pride we all had for the company. Work wise, I enjoyed being able to influence all different areas of the operation with the data I had at my disposal. The flight benefits were fantastic!!!"

"I didn't like the volatility of the industry. In 2001, the Dot. com bubble burst, Sept 11 happened, Fuel went through the roof, Low Cost Carriers entered the marketplace: opportunities disappeared and salaries were cut and frozen for years."
