"Management structure was lacking with in the various departments and there was no solid foundation as the company was growing."

"Know your team and get involved in your team with projects especially the larger ones or websites that have been completed that need constant maintaining."

"Nothing really, just lost my job due to a layoff."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Better communication and listen to the employees ideas on better ways to run operations. ."

"Poor management that doesn't listen or care much about their employees. Raises are poor and often not reflective of the work you put in. Breaks never guaranteed and any legitimate issue you may have will not be addressed. Constantly understaffed and under appreciated. You meet some fun people to work with, but management is too careless and clueless to make this job worth working for."

"The creative work environment and how new ideas were welcome. They understood how to make things better and foster creativity to get the most out of their workers. Also regular meetings were held to make sure everyone was on one page as far as the overall goal of the task at hand."

"Just be yourself and truthful. Your qualifications as well as your attitude will speak for itself. Never lie about your qualifications and be up front if there are issues you may have"

"I have no suggestions for them at this time. Just treat employees how they would like to be treated."

"I dislike the treatment of their employees, the lack of support, the low income and slim benefits."

"They need improvement on internal structure as well as intranet."

"Be honest. If you're interviewing for a programmer position you'll likely be interviewed by a programmer who knows his stuff."

"Unobtainable deadlines. Switching constantly between technologies while not given any time to get a grasp or training on those technologies. The management."

"Some employees do work better under pressure. However, other employees work better if they are given a chance to catch up to their deadlines. Realize employees methods may vary."
