What don't you like about working at American Eagle Airlines?
"I didn't like the volatility of the industry. In 2001, the Dot. com bubble burst, Sept 11 happened, Fuel went through the roof, Low Cost Carriers entered the marketplace: opportunities disappeared and salaries were cut and frozen for years."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Continue with automation and standardization to control costs and increase efficiencies."
