"There was a lot of confusion on what my role! The Project Managers that I was assigned to supported had no clue how to use my talents so I set around doing much of nothing for the better of 3 months. The P6 scheduling software wasn't implemented until 6 months after I started so I was forced to use MS Projects. I felt with having to relocate for the contract that the company had everything ready so we could be successful but in the end I felt as if I was set up for failure instead!"
