"I had no dislikes , working for Advanced Mirco Devices (AMD)."

"None, AMD management was the best. When the CEO left AMD split off to Spansion which had a totally different direction and set of visions that were not the same as AMD, even though they were the same people from AMD."

"I was living far from the campus, and Austin traffic is the worst."

"There was nothing to not like here. It was my first job."

"After 25 years you are still keeping the heat on the competitors."

Calm environment with a lot of freedom for you to express your views and collaborate with any level of executive to get the work done. People have a good culture of teaching new grads and co-ops to be at pace with industry sooner than usual. I had a personal 1:1 interaction with CEO of AMD. Rory Read was very down to earth and it was the best exposure I had at a very young age."
