"Amazon is a great place to work as an IT Support Technician. I supported a userbase of 500+ associates across 5 warehouses as part of a 9 member team. One of the better things is that I was fairly self-directing in my career and Amazon was well funded in the IT department, so that means that we were able to enjoy the latest tech."
