"I like everything about company. There is nothing which I can think of on top of my head."

"Upgrading the developer's machines and setting up cross browser test environment for web applications."

"The 'people' culture is fantastic. I work with such wonderful people. Though the resources are slim and stress is high, we are at least all in it together."

"There are only two areas in the company where progression and advancement is possible. Unless you want to be stuck in the same dead-end job for your tenure, only apply to those two areas. Actually, just go somewhere else, really."

"Management does not address hurdles, inefficiencies, and the biggest problems that interfere with productive and happy output. They would rather gather more data than make working less grueling and mind-numbing."

"I would nurture talent and actively seek gifted employees.lay I would try to understand the factors that play into the results of their output and ensure that they have access to the tools necessary to make things right."
