4.2 I have worked for Altair as a Graphic Design Intern since May 2014. I have learned valuable skills and knowledge from the design team. I have made great friends and enjoy the camaraderie of daily work in the office. I enjoy going to the office and have had a very positive experience there.

4 I have worked for Altair for many years. It has been a great place to work. There are great people there and excellent opportunities. I think it is beginning to outgrow what made it a great place for so long. Altair also struggles with a very flat management structure, which while it may sound like a good thing, makes it feel a bit aimless at times. It is not always clear who is accountable.
