"most of my managment team were good people, and they seemed to be decent at working with me as for scheduling and child care situations."

"none just do your work and show up, and ontime."
What don't you like about working at Alorica?
"The place was fairly dirty, lots of co-sharing desks and supplies that opened up people to getting illnesses and the fact they changes alot of the internal policies with out any warnings."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Keep things open to the workers and make sure to always maintain honesty. Stick to their agreements especially when there are 3rd party changes."
