"Sometimes the proper equipment to do my job right is not supplied. I also want to be in the IT field."

"I love the people that I work with! We have a really great team and everyone is very kind and courteous."

"I have never worked for a better place, hands down. The company is extremely Pro-Employees. Don't expect to get hand-outs though! We have a program within AB called, Dare to be GREAT! - that means YOU must proactive! That has to be the best thing ever for any employee."

"Because we are such a large organization, decision-making process is rather slow and takes too much time."

"Create small, core teams that review and make decisions so that projects or change management can be quicker, but not lose focus."

"I like having a steady income. I also enjoy my superiors seeing they are easy-going like me. It is a great company, but after two years, I do not see myself advancing with the company."
