"Allied is a large distributor of components to the MRO and automation industries. They've been around a long time. However, when you are hired for a job, it will most likely be your only job. Advancement is almost non-existent due to new jobs not posted and filled with friends and cronies of upper management. Employee ideas are set aside and management does what it wants. HR tries to do the right thing but is pretty much controlled by what management wants. Management is not progressive and needs an overhaul to stay competitive with other competitors. Choose who you work for wisely. Very autocratic at certain levels."
