Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Patience, if you're in San Diego it's going to be a process. If you're new to the industry you'd probably be a good fit, you won't question why things are the way they are and you'll have plenty of training. The company is also big on reports and spreadsheets."
What don't you like about working at Alliance Residential Co.?
"There are a lot of really dedicated employees at the company, overall I would say a great company to work for outside of the San Diego region."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would be more progressive in systems and policies. Old and ineffective systems are kept in place for no apparent reason. The company claims to be green but waste rediculous amounts of paper work. Different departments don't seem to communicate and it makes many systems inefficient."
