"Lucent Technologies/ALU was a very good company and was taking care of the employees and specially people were very good and have so much experience that you enjoy working with such a cream and big brains."

"The stress was very high starting 2006 to onwards. It was not real but because of bad economy and restructuring of company there was cut throat competition and company was losing the culture that was set from beginning."

"I think it's time to get things to normal and just not forget the AT&T Lucent culture that was the basis of this company. Respect others and be respected."
