"Literally, the worst job I ever had. The hours are horrible. If you have a family be prepared to never see them. You work 12-hour days 6 days a week. Not really sure how anyone is okay with that. I guess if you care more about money than family or living a happy life.Your supervisors are brainwashed carbon copies of a carbon copy. Everyone that works there literally only works there because there is nothing else in the area other than Pepsi which isn't any better. Do yourself a favor. Work two part-time jobs and you will still have more time than you would with AISIN."

"I've worked for AISIN for a number of years, and, like any other company, has good and bad points. The good points are fantastic coworkers, exposure to lots of high level technology, and tremendous experience. The bad points are interdepartmental politics, low compensation, and long hours, which leads to exceptionally low morale. This is a good job for a fresh out of college student looking to gain experience, but not for someone looking for a career."
