"IT WAS A SELF PACED JOB. THE FASTER I WORKED. THE SOONER I GOT DONE."

"THE SNOW. I WORKED OUTSIDE MOST OF THE TIME AND I WAS IN AMARILLO TEXAS"

"Some limited professionals still in the organization to work alongside otherwise lackluster with zero accountability due to bad management"

"Only consider this company as a last resort as its under hostile takeover by a competitor and the playing field will change when take over is completed, mot likely a Hugh change in the structure and operations of the existing company with elimination of mid management which has been lackluster and inefficient"

What don't you like about working at Airgas?

"Green and very unprofessional and inexperienced managers promoted to positions they can not manage correctly which brings down moral and performance"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Hire and promote experienced professional industry related talent that can understand clients and there needs correctly and inefficiently"

"It was Airgas, Appleton, Wi. - I liked working with all of the customers in the valley; co-workers from my level down were really good."

"Stay away from the Appleton branch."

What don't you like about working at Airgas?

"Personnel, my immediate contact (DBOC was the title), Safety contact, would each report confidential questions to VP in a negative light. So I couldn't go to them. Since I needed their help it was very stressful to say the least."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Original contacts when Airgas bought our company, Interstate, in 2004, were excellent. Audits, conversations, were professional, supportive. When this transferred to the Appleton hierarchy it was nothing but contentious and disrespectful."

"Linde is cutting jobs due to the economy and a recent merger with BOC. It's not a good place to work right now."

"Comm base"

"I did like the employees and the hours."

"Learn to get let down when it comes to your review and hear our budget will not allow for a raise this year I know, I heard it for two years straight."

What don't you like about working at Airgas?

"The way upper management made business decisions, i.e. firing and not compensating the managers (raises, bonuses)"

"Learn to think about the lower employee, they do the hard work for the growth of the company."

"Major market is down (metal fab)"

"Not enough information to work with as far as the collecting part of the job. Needs more policy's and procedures in writing."

"To have more meetings for input for the department as a whole. Some may have ideas but will hold back."
