What don't you like about working at AIG?

"With all jobs I guess there are things we complain about, but there is not any reason for me to dislike VALIC. Even with the layoff, I understand it is business."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"As for suggestions for management, keep up the mentoring that some of you do. It helps."

"I had no permanent job offer."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Do away with wishful thinking and corner cutting. I thought their PMP project was more based on hopeful expectations than reality. Furthermore their data system was grossly underdeveloped, a company like AIG could have asked for higher standards of achievement."

"Now due to the money problems that AIG is having I don't believe that this group will be the same, or even exist in the future."
