"In the hiring process you are promised longevity in employment but when you get on the floor and perform as a top producer you are released due to restructuring. A contradiction. Management fails in it's bid to deal with competition and then takes it out on it's top producers. Training was minimal and almost non-existent. Low level management was good but as you move up the ladder you get the old fashioned type of illogical decision making based on numbers not human motivation."
