What don't you like about working at AgencyRx?

"There is a tremendous amount of politicking and bullying going on at the managing partner level. The creatives, especially the art directors, have no voice; and there is no emphasis on delivering quality creative work."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The management at CDM needs to speak with the employees at AgencyRx and get a real understanding of what goes on there."
