"Do not just hire warm bodies."
What do you like about working at Aflac?
"It started out where they did not bother you but in the past two years they really bother reps daily and ask for predictions of sales which is impossible to do. They are greedy and want to know where you are but claim you're an independent rep. Too many meetings they want you to attend at our cost."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Anyone can get hired by Aflac, they don't care who they hire anymore."
What don't you like about working at Aflac?
"No benefits, don't take taxes out, no health insurance, they bug you too much. They really pressure you a lot. Not worth taking a management position, it costs you too much money and you end up giving your business away to new people who don't want to work so RSC's can get their numbers."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Back off on bugging the reps and the DSC's are quitting like crazy, you need to reevaluate their role."

"Have fun with it, sales is up and down and you just have to stick with it."

"I did not like all of the politics that went on in Lubbock, TX."

"Make the job review more about work, not about how long you may know someone."
