"You must love to sell and be a self starter or your success rate will be small to nothing."

What don't you like about working at Aflac?

"I did not like that AFLAC was all commission. As the market was starting to get saturated with Alfac agents, leaving little to no opportunities for new accounts, this affected my ability to grow a region and earn on a consistent basis. They also did not provide insurance or benefits."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"To provide monetary support in the start up and upkeep on a district office."
