What do you like about working at Aflac?

"Providing customer service to my accounts. Assisting owners, presidents and CEO's in saving money and protecting their employees. Assisting in filing claims to help a family out financially. Meeting new people and learning new things."

What don't you like about working at Aflac?

"The sales aspect of Aflac. Being under pressure to sell something to someone that cannot afford it or to a company that is not interested in helping themselves or their employees."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Slow down the flow of new agents, the market is flooded. Back off of some of these companies who are tired of hearing from the sales reps on a weekly basis."
