"Poor choice for Director and VP's in charge, lack of employeeloyalty, poor morale. H/R not there for employees. favoritism amongst management."

"Clean up the bad seeds and replace them with blossoming seeds. New H/R team."

"Wait for the IPO to complete to understand what the footprint will look like."

"When the IPO was pushed it felt like the senior leaders just wanted their cash and to retire and were not looking at the workers and their future."

"Affinia touts 'doing the right thing' and 'people are most important' but their are some senior leaders that do not show those thoughts. They don't have good business sense, haven't delivered anything for the company, and are just in it for the money (just because they are in Ann Arbor)."
