"It has been a great place to learn how to recruit. It has developed me as a better business professional and recruiter. The training that was given to me at Aerotek was amazing."

What don't you like about working at Aerotek?

"Aerotek hires recruiters with no experience, so there are a lot of young people and high turnover. The managing style across the board is very micromanaged because of this culture. Aerotek makes us do a lot of things that don't equate in closing deals. We have daily meetings of up to an hour and a half, very thorough weekly reports, and recording every daily activity in order to satisfy corporate numbers. It is also very established, so they don't have the kind of opportunity I am looking for."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"They should put more emphases on the quality of work and closing business, rather than on number of calls and activity."
