Moving up can be hard because spaces are limited and they generally choose people who are consistent rather than someone who just makes money and doesn't care about customer service. On another note, they will promote from within first before looking for outside resources. Team work, ehh.. it lacks at Sutter Street, as for Market Street store, it shows but lack of motivation to push."
