Other departments don't interfere that much (unless there's money potential on the line). Unfortunately, the only focus here is just money, meaning the games worked on are cluttered, glorified Skinner boxes."
"I've worked at Aeria Games since 2011 and have found the culture to be very aggressive. I have see too many great people burnt out and systematically let go. The turnover rate is quite high and even though you work hard to foster a positive work environment for the people you manage, morale becomes an issue to maintain due to burn and turn mentality of some supervisors. There are some gems of managers who do care about their employees but their stay is generally short lived."
