"Aeria Games & Entertainment is a great company with very nice, and intelligent people. The atmosphere is very friendly, even though it is fast paced, and sometimes with some pressure. The leads, managers and supervisors are very talented and smart people. You can learn a lot of new things from them."
"I was hired as an intern then later hired full-time. Engineers are generally well-treated and are in some cases pretty well-insulated from the rest of the company. Other departments don't interfere that much (unless there's money potential on the line). Unfortunately, the only focus here is just money, meaning the games worked on are cluttered, glorified Skinner boxes."
"As an intern at Aeria Games it was an overall pleasant experience. Great staff, great location. Just a little lacking with the kind of games they are releasing."
"I worked with Aeria Games & Entertainment for over 3 years. At its height, the company was a great place to work for in terms of cash flow and generating new ideas for marketing. Over the past year, the focus shifted to mobile game development and the PC game revenue suffered a huge decline. I have nothing bad to say about the people or management. However, I do think that the company is more in survival mode as opposed to becoming an innovative game changer in the industry."
"I've worked at Aeria Games since 2011 and have found the culture to be very aggressive. I have see too many great people burnt out and systematically let go. The turnover rate is quite high and even though you work hard to foster a positive work environment for the people you manage, morale becomes an issue to maintain due to burn and turn mentality of some supervisors. There are some gems of managers who do care about their employees but their stay is generally short lived."
"I worked for Aeriagames and entertainment for about 2 months but before that I worked for different company since 3/12. in Palo Alto."
