"I worked for Aegon and Western Reserve Life for almost three years. It was an excellent experience. I learned a lot from my co-workers and clients alike. Almost everyone was a joy to work with which made getting project done and done right easier. The corporate environment was good and the compensation was fair. Overall, I would work for or with Aegon again."

"The support that I received was great. When I needed help there was always someone there to help me out."

"If you love accounting and dealing with numbers this would be the job for you. This company is very one dimensional. You will only need one skill set in order to work there."

"The cubical made it very impersonal. The environment was not very great. Culture could of been better."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Management should give more training to their employee, cause sometimes it take a little too long to catch up on company standards."
