"International US contracting company"
"It was great working for Aecom!"
"Only focused on the stock price, not the people."
"My educational background has a master's degree in Project Management and a bachelor degree in Civil Engineering. I have the EIT certification in civil engineering and five years of professional experience. I have experience of working at AECOM as “Transportation Engineer”, and Department of Transportation District 4 as “Engineer in Training”. I also have experience working at contractor company (Imansaz Tehran) as “Lead Project Engineer”. I have done projects requiring civil and transportation skills. I am a fast learner and a problem solver with good computer and design skills. I mostly work with Civil 3D and know state codes and standards."
"I enjoyed my time at AECOM, but it is time for a new challenge."
"I worked at AECOM for 28 years as a graphic designer. The company offered many opportunities for employees to move laterally and vertically within the company with the option to relocate around the country. My tip would be to latch onto one of the larger projects the company has - unless you're working on a multi-million dollar program, the company has little use for you and once your project is completed there's a real scramble to get new work - which you will get little to no help in attaining."
"Great open communication and positive corporate culture that pushed you to learn but also did not punish you for trying and making mistakes."
"I have worked in AECOM for 3 years. Lots of opportunities to work on many different interesting projects and learn new skills, good flexibility on schedule and working arrangement if you stay productive."
"I've worked with AECOM for 2 years. The company is large where the overall organization is difficult to understand. Focused industry organizations within the company work well to perform goals."
"I have been with AECOM since Jan 2017. It has been a great experience but the lack of personal relationship building has led to me applying for other positions. I feel as if we are just viewed as numbers and how to remain billable to maximize profits, instead of building long-lasting relationships."
"not interested in submitting"
"AECOM/Tishman is s good CM Firm to work for if you are on a good project and work for a good Executive."
"I have worked for AECOM since 2015 and have found it to be a good employer."
"I have just recently started working with AECOM in October. Overall my experience has been filled with the opportunity to grow and learn."
"I worked with AECOM for many years, they are a first-class company."
