What don't you like about working at Advanced Technology Services?

"It could have been a great company to work for but the management is more concerned on making money for the investors then it's employees the are really making the money that comes in. They say they have a continious traning program thats a big lie they won't spend the money on traning. They won't buy tools they want the company we worked for to pay for them so it was a fight with management to get projects done correctly. Theres a contract for 2 yrs if the relocate you and your family"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"To promote within and go out on the floor and ask questions and get answers from the employees on the job site not the area managers. There going to cover there butts and not tell you the real issues"
