"Due to the economic down turn and the fact that all of our business is generated though qualifing leases, the future is not certain. Leasing companies have eathier gone out of business or have extreamly tightened there credit criteria, making it almost impossible to get a business approved. Most of my deals in 09' were cash deals. I got alot of deals signed but could get the credit approved, therefore losing alot of business in 09'"

"Maybe provide a base salary and reduce the commission. This way employees will have more financial security."
