Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"ADP is a good company to work for. Just be sure you like working in a very structured by-the-book environment."

What don't you like about working at ADP?

"It was hard to provide world class service when being pressured to resolve issues in a timely manner. I would rather stay with the client until the issue was resolved, as opposed to giving them an answer and telling them to call back if it didn't resolve the problem."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Help desk is not an exact science. What fixes one problem may not resolve the next issue. Stay with the client until the issue can either be resolved or escalated. As a client I would rather wait on the phone 10 minutes knowing that my issue is going to be resolved or escalated, as opposed to waiting two minutes getting a help desk rep who will suggest something that may or may not fix my issue. And if their suggestion doesn't resolve the problem, I then have to call back for them to escalate."
