"I was the only clerical person in the office. The administrators were always in meetings. I could never take vacation time off."

"Look at each employee as an individual instead of looking at a group as a class."

"I enjoy the benefits and helping others. Working in Child Support has provided me an opportunity to help families get the benefits they need to survive."

"If you have a degree in social work, State government will provide you with an excellent opportunity to help others. If you maximize your talents, you will get hired."

"I am disappointed in the growth opportunity that is available to me. It is very difficult to obtain a position without senority."
