"They should know that this is a place for work results and at the end of the day if their not delivered you better belief that you will hear about it and wont go home until it is done."

"I dont like when their is nothing to do because then its messign with my money and I not be active."

"I think that they could be fair to the people that work for them. The stuff they do and go through is something I know that they wouldnt want to go through."

"I suggest that they allow employees who desire to move into different departments to let them."

"You are allowed to move to different areas of the business if qualified to do so. Though stressful, it's a very pleasant work environment."

"Because Ross requires so much of you and your time, you can't really have much of a life outside of Ross."

"Xerox was the best Company to work at back in the eightys"
What do you like about working at Xerox?
"Xerox was a family and everyone helped out, with whatever was going, on. Management trained the employees to be able to do more than just your job, so in the event someone was out sick, production did not have to shut down. I was an administrative assistant, but this is where I actually learned how to write and create reporters and filers, and it became second nature."

"If you get the chance to work for Xerox, it will be a life changing event, which will stay with you forever."
What don't you like about working at Xerox?
"The only thing that I did not like was when the company decided to move most of their planets to Mexico, and only keep a few in California, but I understand that it was a business decission and not personal"
