"I do not recommend working for this company unless it's your only option,"
What don't you like about working at Adknowledge?
"- Depressing work place. You very rarely see sunlight in their KC office. The blinds are always shut and lights are on. You may think it's not a big deal at first. After a month working their, you will start feeling depressed. Even though I mentioned how depressing it is, the people in charge did not take action or discuss this with me.- You can't be proud working for them. The company makes money by sending out email advertisements (aka spam emails).- Pay is low.- Don't expect to get a career job with them. Most employees leave the company after a year or two."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"The management know the company the best. It's not my job to tell them what needs to be done."
"Adknowledge provides a West-coast atmosphere and attitude to the Midwest. Competitive salaries are matched with excellent benefits, PTO, catered lunch twice a week and a great location directly off the Country Club Plaza."
"Adknowledge is a great company to work for, as they are very fast paced and love to explore new technologies."
"Fear based culture. Overworked. Projects are quickly thrown together, without following proper ITIL or change management processes. Very very high turnover. No one on the infrastructure team has been there longer than a year. Expected to work evenings and weekends. No co-location for their infrastructure. They expect the admins to drive back and forth between the data center and the office without paying mileage. No paid overtime. If you are 5 minutes late, you have to call in. No remote work. They expect you to interface with people in person. Emails to the developers are never returned, even if it is an issue they asked you to work on with high priority."
"Adknowledge is a company focused on constant innovations with easily some of the most talented individuals in the industry. The company has around 360 employees with 40 currently in the Fort Myers office. They are easily at the forefront of digital advertising."
