"I enjoy the people I work with. We are a fun bunch and are always helping each other out. We keep each other motivated and on task."

"Ask a lot of questions and get everything in writing."
What don't you like about working at ACR Electronics?
"The Team Leaders are micro managers who have incredibly poor people skills. One team leader can not speak to anyone with out using curse words and denegrading people. Upper management is abstract at best and we never seem to have money, as a company, to buy parts to achieve our production goals. Yet not one person gets a raise in hourly wage."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Realize that the labor force they have is what affords them the life they enjoy."
