"I enjoy the people I work with. We are a fun bunch and are always helping each other out. We keep each other motivated and on task."

"Ask a lot of questions and get everything in writing."
What don't you like about working at ACR Electronics?
"The Team Leaders are micro managers who have incredibly poor people skills. One team leader can not speak to anyone with out using curse words and denegrading people. Upper management is abstract at best and we never seem to have money, as a company, to buy parts to achieve our production goals. Yet not one person gets a raise in hourly wage."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Realize that the labor force they have is what affords them the life they enjoy."

"Was a small company with excellent employees many of then there for decades, no chance to advance unless one of your friends died.."

"Like every company, try to diversify, but acr had a nitche market small chance of that."

"I enjoyed the company and my colleagues."

"No room for advancement from my position."

"Quality products, I believe in what they do, I like the people with whom I work."

"You will need patience in dealing with a corporate parent that recently (18 months ago) began transitioning from a holding company to an operating company and wants to make every key decision. Be sure to understand their reporting requirements which have become onerous."

"Corporate parent stifles entrepreneurial spririt."
