"I love that this job just expects you to do your work. You are not micromanaged or being watched 24/7. You are expected to do your work and if you have any trouble or are struggling, management is a great tool to go to for questions and help."
"I love being able to work claims appropriately and get them overturned it brings success and accomplishment to my life and makes me feel like I am doing a good job, There is not much I hate about being an Accounts receivable representative."

"Not a lot to time to react to A.S.A.P issues with accounts."

"Nothing really. Other then maybe better communication of what is requested of you."

"Fast pace, rapidly changing environment, deadline and team oriented, at times very satisfying"

"Be knowledgable about the area in which you are applying."
What don't you like about working at Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers?
"Without relocating to Canada, there are virtually no advancement opportunities within accounting. I feel like the work I'm doing is necessary but my skills, experience, and education are being underutilzed."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"From the perspective of my manager, I would engage with my subordinates more and be more knowledgable about the successes and failures within the department. I would attack the problems when they are small, before they become unmanagible."

What do you like about working at CVS?
"I enjoyed the majority of the people with whom I worked. You are typically left alone by supervisors and managers unless you make a significant error in your work. Luckily, I already have another job lined up but having CVS Caremark on your resume is a plus!"
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"If you are going to be working as a pharmacist or a senior level manager, then it's probably a good place to work. As for call centers and entry level positions, go somewhere else."
What don't you like about working at CVS?
"No career advancement were available in the department. The pay is horrible and you must meet your monthly quota of orders worked or else you are written up. You typically feel like you are not cared for, like basically you're just there to work and you really have no say in what goes on. Starting wage is low compared to other companies and the raises are a joke. I was a part-time employee so there is no benefits I ever got."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Appreciate your employees and make an effort to show that you care about them. The incentives you offer are not enough for us to work harder."

"Treat employees as individuals. Give chance to grow within and you'll be surprised how valuable they can be as the years go by. ;)"

"Beautiful place to grow for front office work being A PAR or the back end doing A/R or coding. Great Place to start."
What do you like about working at People's Community Health Centers?
"I learned the front end and back end of essential duties for an Accounts Recievable Representative and the front end as a Patient Account Representative. My Billing career started here right out of All State Career as an intern."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"The manager likes food. Bring a chocolate treat in with you. Also don't speak unless spoken to she does not like outspoken individuals whether you're right or wrong. Be very kind and professional."
