"If you plan on starting your career off in Disney within the accounting field, then Disney is a good place to start. You will have a steep learning curve and if you move at least once to another accounting associate role, you will have accumulated a lot of knowledge. Don't expect this to work in your favor for a promotion though, since unfortunately what you know and how well you do your job doesn't play a major role on their own. Finding someone who simply likes you for you has heavier weight than your ability to do your job right and efficiently or even improving it using excel and access skills. Use this as a stepping stone to go somewhere where the compensation fits the role or amount of work you'll end up doing as an Accounting Associate."
"I enjoy the variety of the daily accounting work. The work is never the same and at times can be challenging."
