"I have gained great experience as an accountant and my most recent role was a transitional role as I was able to do more analytical work and was able to work closely with the financial analysts. I am now looking to change careers to that of a financial analyst."

What do you like about working at Blockbuster?
"I love the flexibility of the work hours, and the job."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Don't interview with this company. It is moving to Denver, Colorado, so if you want to relocate, then interview."
What don't you like about working at Blockbuster?
"The company is moving and my job is ending, and we are not being given a severance package."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Take care of their employees, and listen to their grievances."
What do you like about working at Americans Elect?
"The staff and motivation the company gives you to suceed in the Non-Profit work field"

"Not at this time because the job has ended, and will not return for another 3 years."

"That it was a contract position and it ended too soon."

"Stable company, growth opportunities, encouragement by supervisors to seek ways to better yourself"

"Be conifident, don't flinch. This is a company of highly skilled professionals. Come up to their level."

"Because there is a great deal of internal promotions, it ca nbe difficult to find an answer to questions."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Provide sufficient training and back up for positions. Cross train."
What do you like about working at Apollo Group?
"There is nothing that I like about working at Apollo Group."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Do not accept the job, unless the culture has turned around. The workforce is extremely disengaged and the upper management don't care about the lower levels. They cut all of our benefits and then made a big deal about how the executive members were not taking an annual increase. As if I care, they make 4-5 times what I make. The upper management blatantly lies in company communications. They claimed they were going to prorate merit increase, but what they really did was delay the merit month by ~6 months and then cut the maximum increase in half. That's NOT a proration!"
What don't you like about working at Apollo Group?
"The upper management is extremely out of touch with the employees. They reduced the employee bonuses because employee engagement was low."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Actually pay attention to the employees and not pretend to."
