"To be positive and take every interview or project in d right attitute and you shall achieve all your goals."

"If there are no challenges in the job and if the environment is not friendly."

"I think the management does a great job and there are not many recommendations or suggestions."

"Because of the lay offs people were stresed out."

"I liked what the company stands for, and what the company does for her employees to keep them healthy and up to date with their skills."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Ask what happened to the previous person in that position, and to the pre-previous. If there is not a straight answer, or u have doubts about the answers, don't accept the job. I did accept the job even if the answers were big, big red flags, and I had to suffer because of it! Be Honest, and ask questions that will help you find out what is going on in that company and in that department. It is very, very important! You have to work in a healthy psychological and emotional environment. Because the work environment will affect your personal life!"
What don't you like about working at TheZenith?
"Lower management and company environment is very negative. Upper management has no clue what is going on!!!"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"More control over middle and lower management. Discourage nepotism, and favoritism."

"It was a great Corporation to work for. I had a nice group of people to work and learnt a lot in this Job. If not for the driving distance I would not have quit"

"It was too far from my home town. During the winter time I had to spend 2 hrs driving one way."

"Ideal company to work for if you're looking for compensation. Management was inadequate at best."

"Let them know you're able to work well alone, but can be a team player."
What don't you like about working at MISO?
"I didn't enjoy how the management was in line. There were too many job titles."
What do you like about working at Barrister?
"I was given the opportunity to work closely with the Controller as well as senior management."
What don't you like about working at Barrister?
"The company has a small accounting division and therefore there was not a lot of opportunity for growth. The day to day tasks were very routine and mundane."
