"I have worked with the company for a number of years. It has gone from great and caring to substandard and cold. The leadership team does not plan but operates by the seat of the pants. Too many last minute projects are green lighted with no planning and inadequate resources. This and the constant lack of meaningful raises or dearth of benefits contribute to a malaise in the office."
